In your consultation you identified energy, stress & resilience and skin as the areas you wanted to improve. Our algorithm has picked up that you do have signs of inflammation like sore joints  and brain fog. You have some deficiencies in your blood results that may be causing this and we will improve these.Follow the nutrition recommendations in the nutrition section.After 12 weeks we recommend retaking the consultation and blood tests to review your results.1. Correct blood deficiencies: The first step is to correct blood deficiencies in vitamin D, B12 and omega 3 with high quality pure supplements.2. Compensate for genetic weaknesses: Support weaknesses in your antioxidant requirements. You have a number of genes such as CAT, NQ01 and SOD2 that are of the less favourable type and so boosting the glutathione levels with NAC will support these symptoms. Zinc and selenium help to support a number of important enzymes in these pathways.NAC is converted to glutathione and this will help to support the liver and detoxification pathways.3. Rebalance the gut:S. Boulardii helps to regulate the intestines and protect them from pathogens and also helps to modulate the immune system. It is well studied and has clear evidence to support its use. It helps to suppress unhelpful yeast and other pathogens to allow space for the healthy bacteria to grow in the gut.
