The basics
Resveratrol is a polyphenol naturally found in grapes and berries, known for its antioxidant, anti-ageing, and cardioprotective effects. However, standard resveratrol has low bioavailability, meaning very little is absorbed when taken orally. This is a challenge, meaning high doses need to be taken to get even a small amount absorbed. New advances in liposomal delivery mean that our trans-resveratrol will be absorbed in greater amounts.
Liposomal Trans-Resveratrol 500mg | Increases absoprtion 10x | High-Absorption Antioxidant Boost longevity, heart health, and brain function with Liposomal Trans-Resveratrol 500mg. Featuring 50% trans-resveratrol and 50% sunflower lecithin for 10x better absorption, this advanced formula supports cellular repair, circulation, and antioxidant defence.
The need to know

What are the benefits?
Key benefits:
• Longevity & Anti-Aging – Resveratrol activates sirtuins , which are linked to lifespan extension and DNA repair.
• Heart & blood vessel health – Studies show it supports vascular function and circulation by promoting nitric oxide production.
• Cognitive & Brain Protection – Resveratrol has been shown to reduce neuroinflammation and support memory.
• Powerful Antioxidant Defense – Helps neutralise free radicals and reduce oxidative stress.
Why Liposomal Form? The liver quickly breaks down standard resveratrol, but liposomal resveratrol is encapsulated in phospholipids, increasing absorption by up to 10x (8).
The Science
So, want a deeper dive into mechanisms? Read on for more details.
Resveratrol & Sirtuin Activation – The Longevity link
• Resveratrol mimics caloric restriction by activating SIRT1, a longevity-related protein that improves mitochondrial efficiency and reduces inflammation (2,3,4). Multiple studies increasingly suggest that mitochondrial health may be the most critical factor in increasing healthspan.(7)
• In animal studies, resveratrol has been shown to increase lifespan in animal models by promoting cellular repair mechanisms (2).
Cardiovascular & Metabolic Health
• Resveratrol significantly impacts blood pressure and, therefore, cardiovascular health. It does this by promoting vascular relaxation and circulation by stimulating nitric oxide production, a potent vasodilator also strongly linked to health and longevity, which in turn reduces arterial stiffness(1,5)
• Although LDL is often cited as the bad actor in heart disease it is actually damaged or oxidised LDL that is the problem. Resveratrol has been shown to reduce LDL cholesterol oxidation, contributing to heart disease.
• There is some support suggesting that it improves insulin sensitivity, helping support healthy blood sugar levels (3,7)
Brain & Cognitive Function
• In clinical studies, resveratrol supplementation improved memory performance and increased blood flow to the brain (5,6). Likely due to the effects on increased nitric oxide production.
• It has shown potential neuroprotective effects against conditions like Alzheimer’s by reducing beta-amyloid accumulation (6).
Why Liposomal Resveratrol is Superior
• Standard resveratrol has low bioavailability (less than 1%), as it is quickly metabolised in the liver.
• Liposomal delivery encapsulates resveratrol in phospholipids, protecting it from breakdown and improving intestinal absorption by up to 10x (Yeo et al., 2020).
How will I know its working?
Liposomal Resveratrol delivers 10x better absorption for longevity, cardiovascular health, and cognitive protection.
When to take it?

Did you know?
Red wine contains resveratrol, but you’d need to drink over 100 bottles to match a single dose. While red wine is often cited as a resveratrol source, supplementation is the only practical way to achieve adequate levels.
Resveratrol activates the same longevity pathways as fasting. It stimulates sirtuins, a family of proteins linked to DNA repair, anti-ageing, and cellular resilience.
