NMN. The humanpeople NMN is 99.5% pure B-nicotinamide mononucleotide (“NMN”), which is highly absorbable in the gut. It increases energy production and activates sirtuins. It increases AMPK and enhances cell energy production. We recommend 1000mg, same as Prof Sinclair uses but if you want a higher dose just add it at check-out.

Resveratrol (trans form) works by activating sirtuin pathways. Trans-resveratrol is the most active form and works synergistically with NMN. It also increases NAD+ levels by activating the NMNAT1 enzyme up to 5-fold in neurons. our trans-resveratrol + is 500mg. It is difficult to absorb so you need to take with a fat like yoghurt or a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil for better absorption.

Coenzyme Q10 is a commonly used cofactor because it is essential as a mitochondrial electron transporter and acting as an antioxidant. It delays brain atrophy, and a blinded study showed that within 8 days, the participants on CoQ10 were able to cycle further with lower fatigue. Our highly absorbed CoQ10 is 100mg.

Vitamin D3 - 4000 IU
