    The basics

Motility Plus is designed to support healthy digestion and gut motility, addressing common digestive issues like bloating, indigestion, and fat malabsorption. The blend of ginger root extract, artichoke leaf extract, and L-carnitine targets various aspects of digestion:

Ginger Root Extract: Helps improve gastric emptying, reduces bloating, and has been used traditionally to alleviate digestive discomfort. Clinical studies show that ginger can speed up digestion and reduce symptoms of indigestion.

Artichoke Leaf Extract: Known for promoting bile flow, artichoke helps the body break down fats more efficiently, making it ideal for individuals who experience discomfort after eating fatty meals.

L-Carnitine: Plays a key role in fat metabolism by transporting fatty acids into cells to be used for energy. It helps improve energy production and digestion, especially for those with slow fat digestion or low motility.

    The need to know

    What are the benefits?

Motility activator to improve digestion and support in the defence of SIBO.

    The Science

Ginger has been extensively studied for its ability to stimulate the digestive tract. The gingerols found in ginger root have been shown to promote gastric emptying and improve motility, making it useful for reducing bloating and discomfort.
By stimulating the contraction of the small intestine the MMC (migrating motor complex) food moves into the large intestine more efficiently. This is a key factor in preventing recurrence of SIBO.

Artichoke leaf extract contains cynarin, a compound that supports bile production and flow from the liver, helping to break down fats more efficiently. This extract has been used to support digestion, especially in individuals who experience bloating or discomfort after eating fatty meals.

L-carnitine enhances the body's ability to metabolise fats, particularly in individuals with fat malabsorption issues. It plays a critical role in transporting fatty acids into cells' mitochondria, where they are used to produce energy.

How will I know its working?

Regular results in improved digestion, reduced bloating, and enhanced fat metabolism, especially for individuals with sluggish digestion or fat intolerance. Increasing gut motility helps to prevent recurrence of SIBO.

    When to take it?

    Take 1-2 capsules as directed.
