Twice daily packs are taken before breakfast and before dinner. Charcoal should be taken separately and 2 hours after supplements.

Antifungals (Rotated Every 2 Weeks):
Caprylic Acid (425 mg): Disrupts fungal cell membranes.
Berberine (500 mg): Broad-spectrum antimicrobial; also balances gut bacteria.
Then:
